CS2 Sensitivity Converter & DPI Calculator

About this sensitivity calculator

Use the converter above to match your hip-fire mouse sensitivity between supported games. Enter your in-game sensitivity and mouse DPI, then choose the game you are moving from and the game you are moving to.

Use this CS2 sensitivity converter to keep the same hip-fire turning distance when you move between games. Choose your current game and target game, enter your in-game sensitivity, then add both DPI values. The calculator gives you the converted sensitivity plus inches and centimeters per 360-degree turn.

How to use the CS2 sensitivity converter

  1. Choose the game you are converting from and the game you are converting to.
  2. Enter your current in-game sensitivity.
  3. Enter your current mouse DPI under From DPI.
  4. If you plan to change DPI, enter the new value under To DPI. Otherwise, leave both DPI fields the same.
  5. Copy the calculated sensitivity into the target game, then test it in a practice range or aim map.

The cm/360 result is useful for checking the conversion. It tells you how far your mouse needs to travel for one full turn, which is easier to compare across games than the sensitivity number alone.

CS2 DPI and eDPI calculator

CS2 eDPI is your mouse DPI multiplied by your in-game sensitivity. A sensitivity of 1.0 at 800 DPI equals 800 eDPI. A sensitivity of 0.5 at 1600 DPI also equals 800 eDPI, so both setups produce the same CS2 hip-fire turn distance.

eDPI works well when you compare two CS2 setups, but it does not translate directly between different games because each game uses its own sensitivity scale. Use the converter above for cross-game changes. If you only need CS2 eDPI, multiply your DPI by your in-game sensitivity.

CS2 sensitivity conversion formulas

These quick formulas assume the same mouse DPI in both games. If your DPI changes, use the calculator so it can adjust the result.

CS2 to Valorant

CS2 sensitivity / 3.182 = Valorant sensitivity

Example: 1.0 CS2 sensitivity converts to about 0.3143 in Valorant.

CS2 to Overwatch 2

CS2 sensitivity x 3.333 = Overwatch 2 sensitivity

Example: 1.0 CS2 sensitivity converts to about 3.333 in Overwatch 2.

CS2 to Fortnite

CS2 sensitivity / 0.2525 = Fortnite sensitivity

Example: 1.0 CS2 sensitivity converts to about 3.960 in Fortnite.

CS2 to Apex Legends

CS2 sensitivity x 1.0 = Apex Legends sensitivity

Example: 1.0 CS2 sensitivity converts to 1.0 in Apex Legends when both games use the same DPI.

CS2 to Call of Duty and Warzone

CS2 sensitivity x 3.333 = Call of Duty or Warzone sensitivity

Example: 1.0 CS2 sensitivity converts to about 3.333 in Call of Duty or Warzone.

Why the converted sensitivity may feel different

A matching hip-fire cm/360 does not make every game feel identical. Field of view, camera movement, recoil, aim-down-sights multipliers, and scoped sensitivity can change how fast aiming feels. Start with the converted result, then make a small adjustment if the target game still feels off.
