Changing the language in Call of Duty Warzone or Modern Warfare on PC is not immediately obvious, as the setting is not found in the interface when the game is running, but instead is found inside the Battle.net launcher.
It’s worth noting that the following method will work for any other game on Blizzard’s Battle.net launcher, including World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Overwatch, StarCraft, Diablo III, and Heroes of the Storm.
Installing a language in Warzone
Open the Battle.net launcher app and select the game you wish to change the language for.
Click on the options cog icon to the right of the play button, then select Modify Install.
Select Change Languages.
Tick the language you would like installed, select it as the default in the dropdown menu, and then click Confirm.
Click Start Update. This will now download all the necessary language files. Once the download is complete, load up your game and it will now be in your newly selected language.
Uninstalling a language in Warzone
If you wish to uninstall a language to free up storage space, simply repeat the steps above, and at step 4 deselect the non-required language. Click Confirm then Start Update and the files will be removed from your computer.
